Tad Bitter got his start in the drag clubs of south Texas working as a light boy, wig caretaker and impromptu bouncer for multiple high maintenance queen families. After trading in smoky backrooms for the bright lights of Austin, he pursued a lucrative career in fry cooking.

Though he has attended Kings N Things shows since 2003, Tad didn't join the troupe until summer '07. His onstage persona is best described as rough trade, and though he usually sweats machismo, he can be seen time to time stumbling around in a dress and trashy heels.

Mr. Bitter enjoys the outdoors and can be found at Zilker park harassing ducks. In his spare time he enjoys competitive beef eating, chain smoking, and drunken "Roseanne" marathons.
